These terms govern this website, launch notifications and any authorized pre-release use of Semafloor, provided by Semafloor LLC.
About the service
Semafloor is room-booking software for organizations. It is in development and not yet generally available. Information on this site describes its general purpose, not a commitment to deliver particular features or launch on a particular date.
Launch notifications
By submitting your own email address to the launch form, you ask us to send information about Semafloor’s launch. You can unsubscribe at any time. Subscription does not create an app account, reserve access, make a purchase, or establish a paid contract. Our Privacy Policy describes how subscription information is handled.
Authorized pre-release access
If we grant you access before launch, use it only within the authorization given to you and your organization. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and having permission to connect calendars or manage organizational resources. A separate agreement with your organization may govern access and takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Pre-release software may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Do not rely on it as the sole record of critical business information. Any paid service, subscription price or additional launch terms will be presented separately before purchase or acceptance.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its security or operation, submit other people’s addresses without permission, or use it unlawfully. You must have authority to act for any organization you represent. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements.
Connected services
Google, Microsoft and other connected services are provided by their respective operators and are subject to their terms and availability. Connections require the applicable permissions. Semafloor is not endorsed by Google, Microsoft or Apple.
Content and ownership
Semafloor LLC and its licensors retain rights in the website, software and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of your information to us. You grant us only the permissions needed to process information you provide for the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable organizational agreement.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the service secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free pre-release operation. To the extent permitted by law, the website and pre-release service are provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
